Development Property Criteria
Equity buys development property, generally land or buildings, with potential for quality residental use.

Location: Equity buys development property in eastern Massachusetts or northern Rhode Island. We will consider other areas, but these are our prime focus areas.

Number of Residential Units: 15 to 100 condominiums or townhouses.

Land or properties that can be cleared for new construction.

Existing buildings, including commercial and industrial, which can be converted to residential use.

Quality apartments with condo conversion potential.
Equity has successfully worked with properties with complex approval requirements and will consider properties with environmental problems which could be used for residential when cleaned up. Equity does not develop single family homes.
